Owner and winemaker Graziano Motta is a part of a lineage of winemakers that date back to the mid-18th century. He focuses exclusively on beautiful oldschool Barbera, with long macerations, extended elevage in neutral oak, and added time aging in bottle before release (this is the current vintage). Dark ruby in color with bright acidity making it an excellent pairing for pizza and steak, ripe red and black cherries, orange pith, and an earthy medium body showcasing all the qualities that make Italian wine reds iconic across the globe.
