Lime Kiln Valley AVA, San Benito County, California
Bright, zippy, herbal, complex, textured, Mourvèdre from the 95 year old vines of the historic Enz Vineyard. It demonstrates lovely varietal character, and the 100% whole clusters add striking aromatic lift and freshness without marking the wine too strongly. Good with a little chill or cellar temperature and perfect with all types of food including roasts, grill, and anything with spice.
