A regal white of 100% Garnatxa Blanca grown on slate soils within Priorat. 30% of the fruit is fermented in new French Oak for 3 months and 70% in stainless steel, then blended together and aged on its lees for 11 months, resulting in a richer full-bodied style of white. Floral aromatics, honeycomb, grilled pineapple, yellow apples, lemongrass, and lively acidity to keep everything in perfect balance.
