Biodynamically farmed and grown on a lower altitude then most French Altesse. Dark yellow/slightly amber in the glass and cloudy, this complex and fascinating white shows medium bodied yellow apple fleshiness, chamomile, fennel, and a welcoming honeyed edge. Fermented dry and more texturally compelling than any other Altesse we have had in the shop, bottled with no sulfur additions.
