"Glück" means happiness and is a cuvée of Morillon (Chardonnay) and Sauvignon Blanc. Minimalist winemaking in the steep Styrian hills. Destemmed and skin fermented for 2 weeks and aged on its fine lees in large oak casks for 2 years. Bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal SO2 in a killer clay bottle. A wonderful provocative and completely dry food wine with great texture and notes of manuka honey, green and yellow apples, thirst quenching acidity, and high-elevation mineral structure.
