100% Pinot Gris fermented and macerated on its skins for one month in large terra-cotta clay eggs, rested in the same eggs for 8 months, and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur additions. Pink in the glass, salty and earthy, showing goji berry, savory tomato leaf, herbal tea aromatics, bright acidity, and a light tannic grip. Completely unique for a region famous for making clean and citrusy white wines!
