90% direct pressed Lagrein and 10% 3 day skin contact Schiava. Hand harvested in volcanic soils, fermented with the frozen grape musts before bottling with no filtration. Drinking more like a light sparkling red, with pomegranate, cherries, mountain minerals and herbs, really refreshing and the best pizza pairing around!
