20 locally grown roots and flowers along with imported bitter botanicals make Alpe's flagship and most bitter Amaro. Botanicals are picked, dried, infused in grain alcohol, then part is distilled to give a more persistent flavor and clarify the natural color. Finished with alpine water and beet sugar.
