      Using mostly agave from their own lands, and the rest from local villages, the piñas are cooked for 24 hours before being fermented 72 hours using native yeast. Aged 18 month in ex-Jack Daniels casks. Roasted nutty notes blend beautifully with baked apples and pear tart tatin and a smooth caramel-y finish.
