7 days of maceration the skins, native yeast fermented, and aged in steel for one year. Bottled filtered with a tiny bit of sulfur for stabilization. Tannic and dry, with dark black fruits and mulchy rusticity. Excellent with grilled meats and BBQ, and built for sharing!
