100% hand-harvested Rizling (Riesling), direct pressed and fermented with native yeast in neutral oak, and aged 6-9 months in barrel. The Zemianske Sady estate was founded in 1912, so Interval 104 refers to the 104 years of the wineries existence before this wine was made (2016). Riesling aromatics that quickly switch to forest herbs with a slightly ashy nose. Rich yellow apples, pumpkin seed oil viscosity, and savory muskyness with strong acidity for balance. Korean BBQ heaven, and one of the most unique expressions of Riesling we've had in years
