Of all the grape varietals available to farmers & wine makers in the world, there’s one that seems to stir passions more deeply, that requires a bit more care & delicacy to properly coax a great wine out of, and that of course is Pinot Noir. But there’s more to the story of Pinot than the red-skinned variety, so in this class we’ll explore what what makes this grape so special, including wines made from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris.
