We love this unbelievably simple and versatile polenta! Stir into boiling water to cook in under 3 minutes, then finish it with your favorite toppings. Stir in some broth or cream for a porridge consistency, or let cool and slice into cubes to pan-fry. Parmesan, pesto, truffle oil, sautéed mushrooms, lamb ragout, chopped kale salad, and grilled chicken all make excellent additions.
