A one-of-a-kind project started in part by late famed master distiller Jim Swan, this Israeli whiskey is finished in a combination of ex-Bourbon and STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) barrels. It is rich and full-bodied with dark hints of clover honey and molasses.
