Delightfully fruity and herbaceous, this has lots of mint, fennel, saffron, and citrus. Try it in a Gargoyle and Spire: 1oz gin, 3/4oz Strega, 1/4oz simple syrup, and two dashes orange bitters, poured in ice and topped with Champagne.
