Looking to bump up your knowledge of wine, and learn about varietals and styles in a fun setting? Blind tasting isn’t just for professional sommeliers. It’s an excellent way to focus your palate and fine-tune your approach to tasting wine. Join John Stanley, UCLA alumnus and owner of Stanley's Wet Goods, for a guided tasting as he shares what to look for in a wine - color, weight, aroma, taste - and how to use those clues to identify which grape you’re tasting. The four wines are selected in secret, so your instructor will be in the dark just like you. Invite your friends and see how you match up against the masters!
