STANLEY’S WINE CLASS
STUNNING & SPARKLING
WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 29TH

From the iconic cellars of Champagne to the playful pét-nats and elegant Cava, sparkling wine is more than just celebration — it’s an art form. But what makes Champagne so special? How do traditional and modern sparkling wines compare? And which styles should you be sipping?
Join founder John Stanley on Wednesday, October 29th at 6pm for an effervescent evening exploring the world of sparkling wines. This lively class is part of our 2025 wine education series and promises to leave you with a deeper appreciation for the finesse, complexity, and sheer joy of bubbles.
Taste, learn, and toast to the sparkle.
*Please note $10 of the class fee is a service charge that goes directly to the staff supporting the event. Admission includes tastes of six wines, instructional materials, snacks, and the $10 service charge.

Sistine Spritz Tasting Event
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 5TH
6-8PM PST
Consciously crafted right here in California, Sistine has made everyone's favorite summer bev into something we want all year round! This Italian-inspired spritz is a blend of organic Central Coast wine and responsibly sourced botanicals that’s perfectly balanced and intensely refreshing, with low sugar and low ABV. The salty citrus, bitter grapefruit, and savory, warm spices makes this enjoyable anytime, throughout any season.
Please join us on Wednesday, November 5th in welcoming founders Lauren Alexander and Kate McLamb to Stanley’s! They’ll be pouring complimentary samples and telling you their story from 6-8PM, and we’ll have spritz available for purchase at the bar as well as in bottle or can to take home. See you then!
