STANLEY’S SELECTIONS

Jumbo Time Wines Tasting at Stanley's

WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH
6-8PM PST

We’re excited to welcome Jonathan Yadegar of Jumbo Time Wines back to Stanley's on Wednesday, 9/10, from 6–8PM!

Based in Los Angeles, Jumbo Time is a natural wine project that began in 2020, focused on organically grown fruit and zero-intervention winemaking. Each harvest starts with a love for certain varietals and a loose vision, leaving room for experimentation and playful blending. The wines are inspired by the joy of gathering around the table with friends, and their hand-drawn labels make them equally as delicious as they are fun and eye-catching.

Jonathan will be pouring tastes of four wines for just $21.No RSVP needed—just stop by any time between 6-8!

All Things Whiskey — Free Tasting!

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 11TH
6-8PM PST

Join us on Thursday, September 11th from 6–8PM for a FREE tasting that celebrates whiskey in two bold, creative forms. We’ll be pouring the Nor’Easter Single Malt from Australia’s coastal Manly Spirits and Ranger Buck, a ready-to-drink cocktail from Death & Co, made in collaboration with Craft Spirits Cooperative.

Manly Spiritsis an eco-conscious distillery from the coastal town of Manly, just outside Sydney, Australia. Don’t be fooled by the name—this isn’t a group of dudes fist-bumping around a still. Founded by David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton, with guidance from wild forager and chef Elijah Holland, Manly Spirits draws on native Australian ingredients and pristine marine botanicals—sourced straight from the ocean in their backyard. Their Nor’Easter Single Malt is layered, elegant, and distinctly Australian, with notes of stone fruit, baking spice, and a soft, nutty finish thanks to French and American oak aging.

Death & Co, the legendary cocktail bar that helped shape modern mixology. Their latest project, Ranger Buck, is a ready-to-drink cocktail created in collaboration with the Craft Spirits Cooperative. It’s a bold and balanced mix of bourbon, amaro, ginger, and birch all packed into a sleek can that brings Death & Co's high-end cocktail experience anywhere you go.

Come sip both and see how whiskey can show up in wildly different, equally delicious forms. No RSVP needed.
