This 100% Gelber Muskateller is hand harvested and destemmed into open top fermentation tanks with 10% whole cluster. 9 days of skin maceration and fermented with native yeast, rested in stainless steel tank, bottled unfiltered minimal sulfur. High-toned white flower aromatics, honeysuckle, citrus, and passionfruit, resulting in a bone dry wine with generous acidity and mineral structure.
