Sourced from Capp Inn Ranch east of Napa Valley, this 100% Malvasia Bianca sees 3 weeks of skin contact and rests in neutral oak before being bottled unfiltered. The nose has an inviting petrol riesling-like quality to it, and the palate shines with starfruit and guabanana, chamomile tea tannins, and medium acidity that invites a long and nuanced length to the finish.
