The Reversée is made with a technique called the 'reverse saignée'. They take a third of the grapes and press them into rosé juice that is then added back to the tank in order decrease the concentration which yields a lighter, snappier wine. It's juicy and energetic with just enough savory spice and tannin to make it oh-so drinkable.
