From one of the most inhospitable places on earth, grown in black volcanic soil within large circular pits to keep the hot Sahara winds from stripping the grapes off of the vines. Carbonically macerated Listán Negro showing crushed cherries, orange pith, vermouth herbaciousness, mulch, and textured savory volcanic minerality. Similar to a Sicilian Ceresuolo, serve slightly chilled.
