This is beautiful terroir driven gin using 16 wild hand-foraged botanicals, fruits, flowers, and wood unique to Việt Nam’s Highlands on a base spirit made from rice and molasses. Some of these botanicals include prickly ash, pomelo and cinnamon bark. It is bright fresh and fun with aromas of citrus peel, fresh pine and lychee followed by more lychee on the palate, honey and juniper. A super clean finish with a hint of black pepper and a little licorice.
